Nirmata Capital Fund (OEIC) Ltd (Nirmata) is an exempt collective investment fund registered as an open-ended investment company in Abu Dhabi Global Market financial free zone (ADGM) under the registration number 26098, has its registered address at Suite 202, 14th Floor, Al Sarab Tower, ADGM Square, Abu Dhabi, UAE and is managed by F9 Capital Management Limited (F9). Nirmata was registered with the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) on 27 March 2025 under the registration number F-0161.

Under the FSRA regulations, in particular, rulebook COBS (Conduct of Business), Nirmata is only allowed to accept investors meeting the Professional Clients criteria and is not allowed to accept Retail Clients.

Nirmata's fund manager F9 is regulated by the FSRA, holding a financial services permit number 220091 and is authorised to provide the financial service "Managing a Collective Investment Fund". F9 is registered in ADGM under the registration number 000008730 and has its registered address at Suite 202, 14th Floor, Al Sarab Tower, ADGM Square, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
